Since I began coaching in 2012, I’ve supported smart, sensitive, soulful women to move beyond their self-doubt and away from overworking & over giving - to become more confident, courageous, connected, and in love with their lives.
I can remember a time when I didn't feel as connected to my presence, power, pleasure, and prosperity. I’ve been through many transitions in my life - and committed to myself to live a life of growth; to be committed to my own inner work.
That’s meant learning to love myself in deeper ways, believe in my vision (even when others didn’t), seek out the kind of support and community to help me feel connected and seen, step away from opportunities, and learn to establish clearer boundaries, leap and invest in courageous ways, and remain fiercely committed to cultivating a life of purpose, love, and joy.
Whether it was moving across the world to pursue a big dream, falling in love, pursuing a career that aligned with my bigger life purpose, completing a master's degree, becoming a Certified Professional Coach & Embody Class teacher, to building successful, soulful businesses - I've learned how to live a life of presence, pleasure, power, and prosperity - on my own terms - and I know you can, too!

MONTH 1 / JUNE
Presence
We will explore mindfulness, mindset, energy, and ways we connect more deeply with our self - so that you create space
& a pathway to more luscious living.
Participants will be encouraged to read The Way of Integrity by Martha Beck to deepen their understanding.
MONTH 2 / JULY
Pleasure & Power
We will study how you connect more deeply with your own pleasure & power (power-with / not power-over) - as a Sovereign Goddess - and your connection to Spirit / Love / the Universe (whatever words work for you in relation to your spirituality) - so that you feel powerful & trust yourself to make bold choices.
Participants will be encouraged to read Unbound by Kasia Urbaniak
MONTH 3 / AUGUST
Prosperity
We'll explore how you understand the energy of money & time. You will explore what blocks you might still hold around money or time - & learn to connect to a bigger vision for your prosperity - so that you are powerful, free, & resourced to live your bold & luscious life.
Participants will be encouraged to read We Should All Be Millionaires by Rachel Rodgers.

There is only space for 24 people in this high-level group coaching program, and you will have several opportunities to connect with others in your cohort. We love community here at Sol + Heart & encourage connection with one another.
WHAT TECH DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?
We'll also Zoom for trainings & group coaching calls, so you'll need easy access to WiFi to participate. We'll use Telegram as the way to be in touch in our community between calls & trainings, and there will be a program hub for you to join after you're accepted into the program - for access to replays of trainings & calls + fun bonuses.
ARE THERE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?
Yes! I love to create inclusive spaces. As such, there are a limited number of partial scholarships available for those who truly want to participate but are feeling held back by the investment. When you apply for the program, you'll see an option to apply for a partial scholarship, as well.
DO I HAVE TO READ THE BOOKS?
The books are not included in the price of the program and you don't *have* to read the books that accompany this program, but I'm going to encourage you to do it! Whether you love paper copies or audiobooks, each of the books I've selected for this program complements what I'm teaching & coaching you around - and will support your growth this summer. I'd highly encourage you to read them, and we'll have Practice Sessions a few times a month to practice things we're learning in the books!
